Every new QJMOTOR motorcycle is backed by a 3-year (36-month), unlimited-kilometre warranty when sold by an authorised dealer in Australia. Here's what's covered, what isn't, and how to make a claim.

3 years, no kilometre limit
Every new QJMOTOR bought from an authorised dealer in Australia is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for 36 months from first registration, however far you ride. If a part is faulty, we'll repair or replace it free of charge.
Genuine parts are covered too
Genuine QJMOTOR parts and accessories fitted by an authorised dealer are covered for 12 months from the date of fitting.
Warranty stays with the bike
If you sell your QJMOTOR, any remaining warranty passes to the next owner. That's peace of mind for them, and added value for you.

Something wrong? Here's what to do
Contact your nearest authorised QJMOTOR dealer and they'll inspect your bike and handle the claim for you. To stay covered, warranty repairs need to be done by an authorised dealer.
